My blog started a little bit differently. With a degree in engineering I found myself craving something a bit more creative than my excel spreadsheets. Fresh off a bit of heartbreak I decided to opt for creating a blog rather than wallowing at the local with my favorite cocktail. (Old fashioned for those wondering.) And with a random, obscure fruit on the counter I named myself.
From blogging about beauty and lifestyle I found my true passion - storytelling and design! I love the challenge of using design to create a connection.
So yep! This girl traded a degree driven career for one that has her arranging things on a table and calling it "work."
