H o l y  c o w.  July is almost over.  I feel as though my Summer is just cruising on by and everyone else seems to agree! Though some are counting down days til pumpkin spice everything arrives, I’m dreading it.  I love summer.  It’s easily my favorite season and I always seem to pack a bit too much into it, but I can’t help it! It’s just the time I feel most energetic and practically bounce home filled with ideas for this little space.

July was a literal whirlwind. Life in Montana, new job, new home, it’s just a whole lot of new. So I’m excited to finally have time to sit down and

Wanting: summer to stay for  f o r e v e r.
Reading: A Man Called Ove. It’s good but slow.
Watching: Game of Thrones. Duh.
Listening: to the Minimalist podcast.
Hoping: for more slow weekends. I like ’em.
Waiting: for our apricots to ripen so I can finally pick them.
Getting: excited to go and see Glacier Park! EEEEEEEEEE.
Wishing: people would stop wishing for pumpkin spice. Let us summer people enjoy our popsicles! 😉
Working: … can I still say my print shop? I don’t mean to tease it mercilessly but I am getting closer and closer.
Dreaming: of all the baked goods I want to make from our apple, apricot, choke cherry and plum trees!
Munching: on huckleberry ice cream, huckleberry jam, huckleberry smoothies. Montana is obsessed with huckleberries and now so am I.
Sipping: Notable wines whenever I can! I loved getting to work with such a high quality brand.
Finishing:
Planning: a live Tuesday Tips this week! A lot of people have reached out asking about photo + blog help lately and I think it’s about time I step forward and serve my community.
Saving: lots and lots of home ideas on Pinterest. We are currently going without dining room chairs because I can’t make a decision.
Looking: forward to getting a routine down. Call me crazy but I  m i s s e d  having a routine while traveling.
Wearing:  this top with literally everything I can!
Buying: not a whole lot… #budgetlife.
Refusing: to listen to any sentence that starts with “Pumpkin spice…”
Organizing: my photos. Apparently I’m starting to reach my iPhone limit… whoops.
Loving: all my vacation time! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to have two back to back beach vacations. And I’m holding on to those sandy afternoon memories.
